The historical Recording Company is dedicated to preserving the incomparable sounds of the theater pipe organ and also automatic musical instruments.
Welcome! We specialize in re-cordings of Theater pipe organs, band organs and other automatic musical instruments. Many of our recordings were done on instruments which are in private collections, and some were made from special private events or benefit concerts. Some of these recordings were made on instruments which no longer exist, or are no longer installed in their original intended locations. All have been recorded and edited for outstanding sound quality using the finest state of the art digital signal processing and editing equipment to capture every nuance of these fabulous instruments.
